PLEASE NOTE:

• Payment methods:  Credit Card or PayPal
• Ticket orders must be placed by May 10, 2024. No tickets sold at the door!
• Sorry, no refunds.
• No reserved seats.
• If buying ONLY ONE ticket: You will be sent a Registration Confirmation email — this email is your ticket!  Print it and present it at the Top Band Dinner registration table.
• If buying TWO OR MORE tickets: Your tickets will be mailed to you via US Mail at least 3-4 weeks before the dinner. Be sure your mailing address is accurate on the order form!
